Great service and many added bonus

I received an old watch recently. However, it was an old design and not really my style. So, I decided to sell the watch and use the money instead. A friend of mine had recommended Jewel Café to me as he has sold his Rolex here before. He told me about the membership, and I thought I could give it a try. Their service was very good. They told me they are a Japanese company so that would explain the hospitality. They had provided drinks and snacks while I waited. There was also a play area for my children. The staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable. They gave good explanations about my watch. Considering it was an old watch, the price was quite good. And as my friend has told me, they gave me the member benefits. Cash vouchers and cash bonuses, they are providing a lot of cashbacks. I also got to spin the lucky draw and won an extra $15. I had a great time, thank you for your hospitality ladies.

My watch had no box anymore

I had come and visited Jewel Café before when I sold my broken white gold anklet. When I was there, they had mentioned that they can also accept branded watches. So, I decided to get my old watches since I no longer wear them. I wasn’t sure if they could buy my watch since I no longer had the papers nor the box. I was surprised when I came by the shop, and they said they could buy my watch. The price was pretty decent and since I had sold some gold last time, I got to redeem an extra $15 from my member card. The staff also explain that I have other cash vouchers to use if I have any other items to sell next time. Luckily these benefits have no expiry. I will bring my bags next time.

No battery watch for cash

When I was packing up to move, I found some old watches that I totally forgot about. I've had this Tag Heuer watch for years now, and I saw that it wasn’t moving anymore. So probably the battery has died. Since I have other watches, I thought I could sell this one. So, after searching online, I found Jewel Café. I had given them a call asking if they could accept my watch even though it was no longer working. They kindly explained that they can still accept it, I just need to bring it to the shop for evaluation. While waiting for my watch to be accessed, they offered me drinks and some snacks which was nice. When they were done and offered the price to me, I agreed to sell and got immediate cash for my old watch. I was pretty happy with the service overall since the condition of my watch wasn’t very good and had no battery. They also gave me some benefits if I ever found anything else to sell. Might tell my wife to sell some of her bags.
