After exiting the fare gates at Jurong East MRT Station, head towards Exit C. Walk straight ahead—you’ll see clear signage directing you to JEM. You will enter JEM Mall via Entrance G on Level 2. Continue walking straight and you will see an escalator going down to Level 1. Once you reach Level 1, walk straight ahead and you will pass by The Coffee Bean. Turn right, and you will find us at Entrance E of JEM Mall.

Do I need to make a reservation before visiting the store?

It will be best recommended to book an appointment instead of walking in as there might be customers.

Do you have anything to prepare when selling?

Yes. Please make sure to bring a copy of your ID (driver's license, insurance card, passport, etc. ).

How long does it takes to assess a purchase?

In the case of store based purchase, speed assessment of 10 to 15 minutes will be possible. However, please note that it may take some time if you bring in a lot of item or if the store is crowded.
